Quotations

All quotations are based on the project scope discussed with the client. Changes in requirements after project approval may require revised pricing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Content
• Images
• Logos
• Business Information
• Required credentials
• Timely feedback

Project timelines may be affected if required information is delayed.

Payments

Projects generally begin after the agreed advance payment is received. Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. SparkEdge reserves the right to pause work if payments are delayed.

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates depend on project complexity. Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or client communication are not considered delivery delays from SparkEdge.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package or project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. SparkEdge may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, or external software. SparkEdge is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes made by these third-party providers.

Website Performance

While we follow industry best practices for performance and SEO, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or business results.

Limitation of Liability

SparkEdge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date may still be chargeable.

Changes

SparkEdge reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
