Projects generally begin after the agreed advance payment is received. Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. SparkEdge reserves the right to pause work if payments are delayed.
How you pay depends on where you're billed from:
Online payments made through Cashfree carry a small, clearly displayed payment processing fee (Cashfree's own gateway charge, plus applicable GST on that charge) that is added to the amount you pay. This fee is a pass-through cost charged by the payment gateway — SparkEdge does not add any markup on top of it — and the exact amount is always shown before you confirm payment. If you're a Local client and would prefer to avoid this fee entirely, you're welcome to pay manually instead by contacting us at sparkedge555@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
Payments made through PayPal similarly carry PayPal's own processing fee (a percentage plus a small fixed fee, which varies by currency), added to the amount charged in the same pass-through, no-markup manner and shown in full before you confirm payment. Since International payments only go through PayPal, this fee cannot be avoided by paying manually.
An invoice is issued automatically for every payment completed through our online checkout — Cashfree for Local clients, PayPal for International clients. Manual payments (bank transfer/UPI arranged directly with our team, Local clients only) do not come with an invoice. If an invoice is important for your records, please pay through the online checkout instead. See our Payment FAQs for more detail on how this works in practice.
Estimated delivery dates depend on project complexity. Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or client communication are not considered delivery delays from SparkEdge.
Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package or project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. SparkEdge may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, or external software. For online payments, we use Cashfree Payments (a PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-regulated payment gateway) for Local clients and PayPal for International clients — SparkEdge is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes made by Cashfree, PayPal, or any other third-party provider. While we follow industry best practices for performance and SEO, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or business results.
SparkEdge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date may still be chargeable.
SparkEdge reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
