At SparkEdge, every project is customized according to the client's specific requirements. Because our services involve significant planning, design, development and creative work, refunds are handled according to the following policy.
Advance payments secure your project slot and allow work to begin. Once work has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable.
If you cancel your project before work has started, any refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Processing fees or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted where applicable.
Once design, planning, development, or related work has commenced, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after the final project has been delivered or approved by the client.
Since our services are digital and customized, they cannot be returned like physical products. For this reason, completed work is generally not eligible for refunds.
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be paused. Any work already completed remains billable.
Requests beyond the originally agreed project scope may require additional quotations and are not covered under the original pricing.
If SparkEdge is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely within our control, we will work with the client to find a fair solution, which may include partial refunds or alternative arrangements where appropriate.
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in project suspension and legal action where applicable.
