Most projects begin with an advance payment, with the remaining balance paid according to agreed milestones or before final delivery. See our Terms & Conditions for the full payment terms.

For Local (India) clients, you can pay in two ways — online through our secure Cashfree-powered checkout (Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Wallets), or manually via bank transfer/UPI arranged directly with our team over email or WhatsApp. For International clients billed outside India, payment is collected online via PayPal, in your project's agreed currency (USD, EUR, GBP and others).

Yes. International clients are billed in the currency agreed for the project and pay securely through PayPal. Your dashboard shows the amount due in that currency, and PayPal's own processing fee (a percentage plus a small fixed fee) is calculated automatically and shown before you confirm payment — the same pass-through, no-markup approach we use for Cashfree.

Yes — a small payment processing fee is added to online payments: Cashfree's gateway charge plus GST on that fee for Local clients, or PayPal's fee for International clients. It's shown clearly before you confirm payment and is passed through at cost — it doesn't go to SparkEdge. If you're a Local client and would rather avoid it, you can pay manually instead by contacting us at sparkedge555@gmail.com (this option isn't available for International/PayPal payments). Yes. Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (Local clients) or PayPal (International clients) — both established, secure gateways. Your card, UPI, net banking or PayPal account details are never stored on SparkEdge's own servers — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what we do and don't receive.

An invoice is issued automatically for every online payment — through Cashfree for Local clients, or PayPal for International clients. For Local clients, manual payments (bank transfer/UPI) do not come with an invoice — if you need one for your records, it's best to pay through the online checkout instead. International clients always pay online via PayPal, so they always receive an invoice.

Yes. After full payment, you will own the website content and project files delivered as part of the agreed scope.

The number of revisions depends on the selected package or project agreement. Additional revisions may be available if needed.

No. The gateway processing fee on online payments belongs to the payment gateway — Cashfree for Local clients, PayPal for International clients — not SparkEdge, so it isn't refundable even when the underlying project amount is. This is explained in more detail in our Refund Policy.
