We may also automatically collect basic technical information as part of our hosting provider's standard server logs whenever you visit the site (this happens for any website — it does not require a separate analytics or tracking tool):

• IP Address
• Browser Type
• Device Information
• Pages Visited
• Referral Source
• Approximate Location (inferred from IP address, if available)

How We Use Your Information

• Provide quotations and consultations

Cookies

SparkEdge does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies on this website. Some embedded third-party services on certain pages — such as the Cal.com booking widget or the Cashfree/PayPal payment checkouts — may set their own cookies to make that specific feature work; these are governed by that service's own privacy policy, not ours. You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, though this may affect those embedded features.

Payment Information

When you choose to pay online, payments are processed through Cashfree Payments (Local, India-billed clients) or PayPal (International clients, billed in their chosen currency) — both PCI-DSS compliant, regulated payment gateways. Your card, UPI, net banking or PayPal account details are entered directly into that gateway's own secure checkout and are never stored on SparkEdge's own servers — we only receive confirmation of the transaction status, amount and an order/transaction reference so we can match your payment to the correct project and issue an invoice. Note that an invoice is issued automatically for every payment made through either online checkout — for Local clients, manual payments do not come with an invoice (International clients always pay online via PayPal, so this doesn't apply to them).

A small payment processing fee applies to every online payment, whether through Cashfree or PayPal. This fee belongs entirely to the respective gateway (plus applicable GST on Cashfree's fee) and is shown to you clearly before you confirm payment — see our Terms & Conditions for the full breakdown.

If you're a Local client and choose to pay manually instead (bank transfer or UPI arranged directly with our team over email or WhatsApp), we may collect basic transaction reference details (such as a UTR number or screenshot) solely to confirm and record your payment against your project. This manual option is not available to International clients, who pay exclusively via PayPal.

We do not sell, rent or share your payment-related information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services such as:

• Cal.com (for booking free consultation calls)
• FormSubmit (for processing contact form submissions by email)
• Google Fonts
• Cloud hosting providers
• Cashfree Payments (for online payment processing — Local clients)
• PayPal (for online payment processing — International clients)

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not currently run a dedicated analytics/tracking tool (such as Google Analytics) on this website — if that changes in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure. However, no online platform can guarantee complete security.

Data Retention

We retain project-related information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
