Raunak Karn — born Raunak Kumar — leads a dual life most engineers don't: by day he is the founder of SparkEdge, building fast, conversion-focused websites and custom software for businesses; by craft he is a classical Urdu-Hindi ghazal poet, publishing under the pen name Raunak Karn on some of India's most respected literary platforms.
He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Data Analytics (CSDA) at the Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT Patna), where the same discipline he applies to debugging code shows up in the precision of his verse — every ghazal he writes still follows the classical rules of beher (meter) and kaafiya (rhyme scheme).
